I spent the morning with friends. We chatted over coffee and played with pretty jewels. I also got my replacement necklace.

Lillian had a dentist appt this morning. Getting three kids ready and to the dentist by 7:30 is not how I like to spend my mornings. She had a small cavity filled.

Baseball season has started so that means games on Saturday. Gabriel made some great hits. Hopefully my sports photos will get better as the season goes along.

If you look, you can see the nice bruise under my second toe. I was wearing flip flops and my husband stepped on the back of my shoe as I stepped forward. He got a good hold on it and I tripped and the whole flip flop came off. I'm shocked my flip flop didn't break. But it is now stretched out which I need to find a way to shrink it.

I had a bag of receipts to add up and batch. Our school collects Food City receipts and in turn we get points to purchase items for the school. My proof operator skills came in handy as I inputted all the amounts. But it is done and can get mailed off this weekend.

I spent a good deal of time on the phone with the hospital over a bill I shouldn't have received. I talked to many people and after explaining the situation many times, I finally got them to understand that I needed the claim to be reprocessed with our insurance company. I had to actually take my explanation of benefits booklet to the hospital so they could see in writing what I was talking about. The man I spoke to was very nice and put in a request to have my bill written off.
